Ivo Schauwecker
Ivo Schauwecker holds a degree in biochemistry and a diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine (EUCOR/ECPM). He has over 15 years of professional experience in supporting international human research projects in the healthcare industry. Ivo also was co-founder of the CRO Appletree CI Group (joined by TFS HealthScience in 2022). In 2010 he joined the clinical research institute of the AO Foundation and, among many other activities, supported the development of major educational programs covering the scope of human research. In October 2023, Ivo joined the dTIP at ETH Zürich as its Managing Director.
Since 2020, Ivo is volunteering as President of the Swiss platform of the European Patient Academy (EUPATI) and since 2023 he is Member of the Board of the Positive Council, the Swiss activist group of people living with HIV and/or hepatitis.
